AN INSIDE LOOK AT THE NEW YOUTUBE THEATER

YouTube has officially pulled the covers back on its new 6,000-seat performance center that is set to open in Inglewood, California. According to reports, the theater will take over the complex at Hollywood Park with a projected opening date towards the end of this summer. The venue spans 227,000 square feet and boats a 6,100 square feet stage.

YouTube’s VP of brand marketing shared, “YouTube Theater will drive the uniqueness of YouTube by combining physical, ‘in real life’ events that bring creators and fans together.” It is expected that the video platform will utilize the platform to share events. With our 2 billion global monthly users through live streams and VOD content.”

By early 2022, YouTube Theater is expected to host a number of live entertainment shows from concerts, stand up comedy shows, award shows, community events, conference and e-sports competitions.
