Last January, the NBA announced that it had entered into a three-year partnership agreement with luxury Paris fashion house Louis Vuitton. Since then the the partnership has birthed a bespoke Trophy Travel Case, a double-door wardrobe trunk stamped with dual iconography, and a debut capsule collection comprised of limited-edition clothing, leather goods, accessories and shoes. Today we are getting a look at the latest offering from the two partners: the Louis Vuitton x NBA Capsule Collection II.
The next installment is more in line with the wardrobe of a pro ball player in three different dress modes: travel, game, and press conference. Highlights include informal shirts decorated with multi-toned lettering, sharply tailored suits and overcoats. An the accessories, an updated collection of leather bags, ball pouches and basketball carriers rounds out the drop.
The Louis Vuitton x NBA Capsule Collection II will hit stores worldwide beginning on Friday, May 28th.
