Joining a growing list of films that have had to delay their premier dates, Marvel has announced that Captain Marvel 2 has officially been shelved until November 11th 2022. The sequel was initially scheduled to make its debut on July 8th, 2022 as part of MCU Phase 4. In its place now is Black Panther 2. Marvel Studio execs have already come out to say they have no plans of replacing the late Chadwick Boseman. T’Challa;s sister Shuri is slated to take on a bigger role in the film.
