Luxury automaker Rolls Royce recently rolled out what it is calling the its “Post Opulence” design in the next-generation Ghost that combines the best of minimalism while embracing the brand’s Spirit of Ecstasy. The all new model draws power from a generous 6.75-liter V12 engine that can push out 563 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque as an all-wheel drive, giving it a 0-60 mph time of just 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph.
Notable Quotes: “The only components that we carried over from the first Goodwood Ghost were the Spirit of Ecstasy and umbrellas,” said Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO of Rolls-Royce. “Everything else was designed, crafted and engineered from the ground up. The result is the most technologically advanced Rolls-Royce yet. It distills the pillars of our brand into a beautiful, minimalist, yet highly complex product that is perfectly in harmony with our Ghost clients’ needs and perfectly in tune with the times.”
No word yet on pricing or when the new Rolls Royce Ghost will go on sale.
