TEKASHI 6IX9INE SENTENCED TO TWO YEARS IN PRISON

Born Daniel Hernandez, Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced today to 24 months in prison, 300 community services and a $35,000 USD fine by federal Judge Paul Engelmayer. Prior to his arrest, 6ix9ine had been providing law enforcement  with close details about his gang the night before his arrest. In court, he also confirmed known gang affiliates. In his sentencing Judge Engelmayer stated at the end that “There is a great deal to be admired” about 6ix9ine. Tekashi has already served 13 of the 24 months sentence and will be released in late 2020.
