COMCAST SET TO BUILD $50 MILLION USD ESPORTS ARENA IN PHILADELPHIA

The world of eSports is getting its own dedicated venue. Comcast has just announced plans to build a $50 million USD 60,000 sq-ft arena that will be used exclusively for eSports events. The stadium will be just down the road from where the Philadelphia Eagles currently play and will seat approximately 3,500 people. Though other facilities have hosted gaming events, this marks the first facility built from the ground up solely dedicated to eSports.
