With its sights set squarely on the mide-sized crossover SUV market, Tesla has unveiled the Model Y. The Model Y will serve as the entry-level counterpart to the Model 3 sedan. The interior is reminiscent of the Model 3 from the panoramic glass roof to the 15-inch touchscreen command center. Battery ranges from 230 to 300 miles on a full charge, with a 0-60 mph time of 3.5 seconds. The Model Y will be able to seat seven comfortably. Pricing will range from $39,000 to $47,000 for the long-range version. Look for the Model Y to launch in the fall of 2020.
