The Netflix original film Bird Box, starring Sandra Bullock has been smashing records left and right. So much so that it has inspired memes and even a Bird Box challenge. Today we are getting a look at what the invisible creatures were supposed to look like. Sculptor and special effects makeup designer Andy Bergholtz, who worked on the film is sharing an interation of one of the creatures. Baring in mind that each person’s fatal image is different. For whatever reason, they were cut from the film.
“Keep in mind, the fatal ‘vision’ that each character saw would most likely be different for each person,” he explained in his Instagram post. “You’ll understand if you’ve seen the film. […] Considering her pregnant state and emotional arc thru the movie, the producers felt Sandra’s nightmare would have something to do with a twisted, demonic baby creature attacking her.”
