Shepard Fairey is opening the doors to his first exhibit in his hometown of Los Angeles in almost 10 years. Named after the 1981 Black Flag album Damaged, the show features 200 pieces that he has been responsible for since 2015. Everything from sculptures to screenprints will be on display.
Notable quotes: “DAMAGED is an honest diagnosis, but diagnosis is the first step to recognizing and solving problems. I definitely think that art can be part of the solution because it can inspire people to look at an issue they might otherwise ignore or reject.” – Shepard Fairey
