MERCEDES-BENZ ISSUES RECALL FOR NEARLY HALF A MILLION VEHICLES

 

Luxury automaker Mercedes-Benz is issuing a recall across the U.S. for 495,290 vehicles due to faulty clocksprings that can cause the airbags to go off unexpectedly, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.  Carscoops reports that the vehicles involved in the recall include all models of the CLA, GLA, GLK, GLC, GLC Coupe, B-Class, C-Class (sedan, coupe, and convertible), and E-Class including AMG-models.
