HERE ARE THE HIGHEST-PAID HIP-HOP ARTISTS OF 2017

Forbes has released its annual list of highest-paid hip-hop artists.  The 2017 version doesn’t see a change at the top. Sean “Diddy” Combs comes in at number 1 with pre-tax total earnings of $130 million USD. “Diddy” has multiple income sources including revenue from Circoc, Revolt, his Bad Boy Reunion tour as well as Aquahydrate – his co-venture with Mark Wahlberg.

The earnings were calculated based on pre-tax earnings from June 2016 to June 2017, pulling information from recording industry organizations such as RIAA and Nielsen SoundScan.
