Ferrari has puled the covers back on the new Portofino thus saying goodbye to the Ferrari California which was officially unveiled to the world back in 2008.  With the onslaught of GTs, the California was losing its ground, and Ferrari has responded in spectacular fashion. The Portofino boasts a twin-turbocharged V8 under the hood capable of producing 592 horsepower, 560 lb-ft of torque with a 0-62 mph time in a neck-whipping 3.5 seconds. The Portofino also features a third-generation E-Diff3 differential that is said to “improve both mechanical grip and the control of the car on the limit.” The Ferrari Portofino will make its official debut next month at the Frankfurt International Motor Show.
