ROGER FEDERER WINS HISTORIC EIGHTH WIMBLEDON TITLE

Earlier today, Roger Federer notched his record setting eighth Wimbledon title after beating Marin Cilic in straight sets. Today’s victory brings his total major titles to 19 in his career. At age 35, Federer is the oldest man in the open era to win a Wimbledon title. En route to the Wimbledon finals, Federer has spent just about 10 hours on the court compared to Cilic’s 14 hours and 28 minutes.
