A CLOSER LOOK AT THE $3M BUGATTI CHIRON

Initially making its debut at Geneva in March of 2016, the Chiron succeeded the Veyron as Bugatti’s flagship automobile. With a mind-numbing 1,500 horsepower and a sticker price of $3 million, the Chiron is an education in automobile manufacturing. What’s even more interesting is that of the 500 units that Bugatti will be producing, over half have already been spoken for. In addition to the Chiron’s 8-liter W-16 engine, other features include a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch gearbox, 1,180 ft lbs of torque capable of a 0-62 time in just 2.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of 280 mph.
