‘GET OUT’ IS NOW THE HIGHEST GROSSING FILM FOR AN ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY

Jordan Peele’s Get Out, which is a well done horror/comedy film has achieved another milestone. The film has become the highest-grossing debut project for a writer-director with an original screenplay. Snapping a 20 year old record previously held by The Blair Witch Project. It is worth noting that Get Out cost $5 million to make and as of this post has grossed over $150 million.
