This past weekend we were invited by Longines to attend the Live Oak International equestrian event in Ocala, Florida. Longines is the premier name in watches and has a rich history in the watch making business. Live Oak International has come a long way since its humble beginnings over 25+ years ago. From a sparsely attended a event to an event that attracts the best riders, trainers and horses from around the world, this event has truly grown to become a must attend affair for any horse enthusiast. The event is the brainchild of Chester Weber, who is now Co-President of the event alongside his sister, Juliet W. Reid heirs to the Campbell Soup fortune. The week was full of amazing competition including the traditional driving event to the highly-anticipated jumping event. Big thank you to the team at Longines for having us.
