Fine watch-maker Hublot and Italian sports car manufacturer Ferrari have joined forces on a collection of new timepieces. The result is a customized take on the Big Bang which was formally introduced at Ferrari’s factory in Maranello. Drawing inspiration from Ferrari’s automotive design, the watches are available in titanium, carbon fiber, and “King Gold”.

“This watch is the natural result of the synergy between the Ferrari design team and Hublot, since we met many times to design each singe detail,” said Flavio Manzoni, senior vice-president of Ferrari design. “This kind of collaboration brings us fresh air, because we can use our creative vision to design something completely different from a car even if there are common points between the two worlds. It’s a way to use our multi-disciplinary approach.”

The titanium, carbon fiber, and “King Gold” pieces are limited to 1,000, 500, and 500 pieces, respectively, and will retail for $26,200 USD, $28,300 USD and $42,000 USD. The limited edition watches will be available at Hublot flagship stores beginning in January of 2017.
