ON FEET REVIEW WITH: @SPERRY

Let’s be perfectly honest shall we. Living in Florida doesn’t necessarily scream brutality cold fall or winters. However, there are the one or two days out of the year that it does get cold and you want to go beyond wearing Chuck Taylors or flip flops. I also travel quite a bit, so my journey’s may take me up north.

That said, I’m always on the lookout for a dope pair of boots. Enter the Gold Cup Lug boot by Sperry. These boots are amazing. I’m not just saying that because they were gifted to me. I really do mean it. From the time I slipped them on my feet, they just felt different. Much different than any other boot I’ve ever worn. Unlike traditional boots, these have a “sneaker feel” to them, yet the are very durable and provide ample foot support.

For those keeping style points – they feature a stylish luxury lambskin and leather upper and finished off with lambskin lining. That’s right, no corners cut here.

In addition to the genuine rawhide laces, the best feature is the non-marking Vibram lug outsole for wet dry traction. Next time the temps dip below 50 degrees here in Florida, I’m reaching for these. The Gold Cup Lug Boot retails for $275 USD and is available via Sperry.
