CONOR MCGREGOR GETS 6-MONTH MEDICAL SUSPENSION

USP MMA: UFC 196-MCGREGOR VS DIAZ S OTH USA NV

Following his epic win against Nate Diaz at UFC 202, Conor McGregor has received a medical suspension for up to six months. Emerging from Saturday’s bloody fight, McGregor  said he was having issues in his foot and ankle, including a possible fracture, and also said that his shin was sore from landing so many kicks. Medical suspensions aren’t uncommon and can have his waived if he is cleared by an Orthopedic doctor. If that doesn’t happen, he will not be able to train with contact until October 5th.
