German auto manufacturer Audi has unveiled the latest versions of the A5 and S5. On the exterior it may appear as if not much has changed, but that’s about where the similarities to previous models ends. Upon a closer look, the latest versions are wider and longer, but have managed to shed a few pounds. Turning our attention to performance, horsepower at 187 gets things started for the 2.0-liter gas and diesel engines while the S5′s turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 tops out at 350 hp. What that gets you is a 0-62 time in a whipping 4.7 seconds. Audi will also be offering owners a 3.0-liter V6 TDI version with six-speed manual, seven-speed dual-clutch and eight-speed automatic transmissions. Look for the refreshed 2017 Audi A5 and S5 to land in European showrooms in the fall with the release in other markets shortly thereafter.
