For over 63 years, Playboy has made a name for itself as the go-to publication for beautiful women in the buff which kicked off in 1953 with a nude centerfold of Marilyn Monroe. Some of the most iconic names have graced their pages from Jayne Mansfield (1955) to Cindy Crawford (1988). Earlier this year the publication announced that they would be ending their run of publishing photos of women in the nude and that the January/February 2016 issue would be its last. It’s only fitting that one of the most famous Playmates in Playboy history, Pamela Anderson, be the last to land the cover. Marking the fourteenth time she has appeared on the cover (15 appearances overall), Pamela Anderson is featured in a 12-page pictorial shot by Ellen Von Unwerth. The last issue of Playboy is on newsstands now.
To honor the end of an era, we’ve compiled the covers that Pam Anderon has been featured on.
