Coming off of her new film that hit movie theaters this past weekend, All American beauty Kate Upton has just been unveiled as the new cover girl for the June 2014 issue of British Vogue. The editorial was shot by Mario Testino and captures Upton in the Caribbean in a Docle and Gabbana vintage-inspired bathing suit. A definite departure from her previous Sports Illustrated features. In the interview Upton opens up about her career and who she has had to fight to break into the fashion industry. To which she says:
“It’s weird that in the press they’ll be like, your biggest fight was with the industry and the designers, and I’m like, no, my biggest fight was with my agents, trying to get them to sign me into the castings. I thought, how I’m going to come out of this will be an example for girls.”
