After making over 14,000 Gallardo’s in the span of 10 years, Lamborghini has stopped production on the most successful car in the company’s history. The Lamborghini Gallardo was sold in more than 45 countries across the world with a variety of special editions rolled out through the years. The most interesting being Gallardos that were built for the Italian police that was built to official police specifications. The last-ever Gallardo, a LP 570-4 Spyder Performante in Rosso Mars red, with a model number of 14022 is more than likely headed to a private collector. The Gallardo’s successor is said to be announced at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March.
