Our friends over at Esquire have just pulled the curtains back on this year’s “Sexiest Woman Alive”. For 2013, the woman with the most sex appeal is non other than Scarlett Johansson. This is the second time since 2006 that the 28 year old actress has been bestowed this honor. She unseats last year’s “Sexiest Woman Alive”, Mila Kunis.
