BUGATTI COLLABORATES W/ BERNAR VENET TO CREATE THE WORLD’S FASTEST ARTWORK
When it comes to Bugatti’s exclusive Veyron supercar, they pride themselves on being able to deliver on several different color combinations. Even for Bugatti, this is something that is truly unheard of. Touted as the fastest piece of artwork ever created, this unique Veyron Grand Sport has been specially painted by New York-based French artist Bernar Venet. If there was ever an Art Car, this would be it.
The Veyron Grand Sport is the convertible version of Bugatti’s record-breaking performance automobile. Its 8.0-liter quadruple turbocharged sixteen-cylinder engine produces over one thousand horsepower and tops out at a brisk 250 mph. Which makes it the fastest convertible on the market. The one-of-a-kind creation was unveiled in early December 2012 at the Art Basel festival in Miami Beach, Florida.
