SEATTLE, WA    This Fremont gastro pub is known for inspired Mediterranean dishes like jumbo prawn paella with harissa butter and chorizo-stuffed dates with Valdeon ice cream.  Chefs Jaime Mullins-Brooks and Brian Brooks focus on the rich, spicy flavors of Spain and the Mediterranean at Hunger, offering a bold menu brimming with small plates. For families and big groups of friends, the paella with harissa butter serves up to 12 people and is packed with chorizo, chicken, andouille sausage and plenty of seafood.
